Monroe County (main office)

*This office features a service window for safe client interaction during the pandemic. Energy Assistance clients can be helped at this window if they are wearing a mask. This office is currently open by appointment only for all other SCCAP programs*

In addition to all other programs detailed on this website, the Water Program is available to income eligible clients of the City of Bloomington to assist with the cost of their water bill. It is available to clients that receive service from the City of Bloomington Utilities only.

Brown County

  • Provides referral services, client advocacy, and crisis intervention through general casework to Brown County residents. Referrals for food emergency housing, utility payments, and other emergency needs can be obtained here.

Morgan County

Owen County

    Operates programs that the Agency provides. Also provides referrals to other agencies, local churches and Township Trustees who assist clients with their needs. In addition to SCCAP program services, the office is a Salvation Army site.
