Early Head Start Lead Teacher

We are currently looking for an Early Head Start Lead Teacher.

The Early Head Start Lead Teacher plans and implements weekly and ongoing developmentally appropriate plans for a group of infants to toddlers with individualized considerations for each child in a classroom setting. Additionally, this position acts as a resource, advisor, and advocate for the parents in the areas of child development, health, education, and community resources.

Requirements: CDA with Infant/Toddle emphasis, Early Childhood Education Associate Degree, Early Childhood Education B.A./B.S. or a Bachelor's or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education.

Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.

The Receptionist is responsible for entering and processing client data, receiving and processing all incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and projecting a positive image while maintaining a professional and efficient waiting area at the main office in Bloomington.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 1 to 2 years relevant work experience; or combination of education, training, and experience. Strong skills needed in the use of computers for email, creation and manipulation of databases, and Microsoft Office.

FAMILY ADVOCATE

We are currently looking for a Family Advocate.

The Family Advocate assists the Family Services staff with intakes, recruitment, attendance/food service record keeping, and to provide assistance to the Family Services Coordinator to insure that the component and program meet federal and local standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency and within 18 months of hire obtain a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, couseling or a related field.
