Head Start will accept Shop with a Firefighter applications from Oct. 31-Nov. 3

All applications must be turned into the SCCAP Head Start office at 1500 W. 15th St. no later than 5:30pm on Nov. 3. No late applications will be accepted.

SCCAP Head Start will be administering the Shop with a Firefighter holiday assistance program again this year.

Applications will be accepted from Oct. 31st–Nov. 3. All applications must be turned into the SCCAP Head Start office at 1500 W. 15th St. no later than 5:30pm on Nov. 3. No late applications will be accepted. You can get an application to print out by clicking here.

When submitting an application, please bring a picture ID, proof of Monroe County residency, birth certificate or insurance card for all members in the household, and proof of income for September (this can include pay stubs, bank statements, Indiana Family and Social Services Administration letters, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or child support documentation).

Families will be chosen and notified by Nov. 15 if they are selected. SCCAP will also cross-reference chosen families with other agencies in town to ensure as many families as possible are chosen for holiday assistance.
