In addition to all other programs detailed on this Web site, the Trash Bag & Sticker Program is designed to provide income eligible clients with trash stickers for City of Bloomington residents and trash bags for Monroe County residents at no cost.

The Water Program is available to income eligible clients of the City of Bloomington to assist with the cost of their water bill. It is available to clients that receive service from the City of Bloomington Utilities only.
