Half-Day Classes

Morning or afternoon classes that typically meet Tuesday through Friday for 3.5 hours each. They are considered “school year” programs because the are closely aligned with the public school calendar. Often transportation is provided to families.

Full-Day Classes

Classes that meet for 5.5 or 6 hours a day.  Some meet for the school year, others run through the summer.  Classes meet 4 or 5 days a week depending on location.  Transportation is available on a limited basis

affordable Extended Day Classes

Classes that meet for more than 6 hours per day for parents that are working or going to school.  Classes operate year around for 10 or 10.5 hours per day.  No transportation is available.  Fees for this class fund the portion of the day that is not funded by Head Start, similar to before and after school.  Fees are based on a sliding fee scale.
